I have one, but it's Voodoo modded... so probably not as cheap as the regular model

 

I have one and it's easily the best amp Peavey ever produced. Why anyone would mod it is beyond me. That would only reduce its value. I bought mine from Steve's on Queen Street back in the day, Apparently it was graced by Joe Satriani's presence during a demo session there, wow !!! I've owned them all. That amp is built like a tank, it does it all, it's superbly underrated and it cost me a whole $1349 taxes in back in the day. I've owned three JCM800 s and a 900 and none of them touch this amp. With it, I drive a Marshall cab loaded with Eminence Governors. Pant legs rattle and the drummers aunt, Trish, wants to stay for a sleep over. It's that good.

 

I had one for a while, and honestly it sounded amazing. Incredible value for the ask, I've routinely seen them used for around $1k.

 

A buddy of mine has one. Really good amps.

 

I found one for $700, bloody steal! Monster amp!
