I have been using 3/8 and it works better with corners etc.

I ordered some marshall corners, I better check to see what they are. Thanks for the pics.

Ive always used 1/2" for rounding all edges. All the corners Ive used over the years purchased from nextgen have been for 1/2" roundovers.

 

1/2" is correct for most corners. Some are 3/8". Check the radius of the corners you plan on using.

 

I use 1/2" as well on Marshall style cabinets.

Some fenders are 3/8". Garnet's are 1/4" or less.

I didn’t know that the base plate hole on the router was 1 1/8 diameter. The bit is 1 3/8
hmm file or turn the router on slow?😀. I will remove the plate and put it in the drill press with a Forstner bit to widen it
