Nice transparent (VCA based; very DBXey) compressor. Fixed threshold (hit the input gain button to effectively lower the threshold, or adjust the input signal). Good meter so you can see how hard you're squashing your signal.
Just fixed her up - dead quiet now, was all crackle before. Both pots were buggered; fixed the dual gang compression pot (took apart and rebuilt) but had to replace the output level because the carbon track was cracked. Power plug was replaced before it came to me - the cable is 3 feet long (well good to reach a power strip in a rack but not much else).
