Selling my Rickenbacker 660/6 in Fireglo. It’s in absolutely mint, like-new condition — no marks, no wear, no issues of any kind. Always strung with Rickenbacker strings. It’s been very well looked after and rarely played.
The build date is July 1st, 2020 (Canada Day), so this one was made right in the middle of the early Covid period — a little piece of history for those who care about that sort of thing.
This is a FANTASTIC guitar, it plays every style and the wider neck is incredibly confortable.
Apparently this model is a creation of Tom Petty, it is the next model after the 620 on “Damn the Torpedoes” cover, and includes all the luxury appointments like the wider neck, vintage tailpiece, vintage pickups, better maple top, golden pickguards, wide inlays…a real gem 🤗
