The components "look" like what you'd find in a typical 5F2A (tweed Princeton) kit, likely no better and no worse. I think Leyland builds cabs primarily so I assume this one is custom built as well. Looks like decent build quality, but not exceptional, to my eyes. Just one man's chime however...

No, and if I had to guess, that may well be one of very few that he's put together (and quite possibly the only one).

 

I remember looking into Leyland's stuff some 6 to 8 years ago or so. I recall being impressed with his designs. I know he has been around for a while. He used to have a website, but there is only one page that he leads to email contact now.

 

I had the pleasure of meeting Lee of Leyland amps tonight at his home. He showed me his home shop and his amps. Very impressive. He uses Mojo kits with Eminence speakers exclusively. The ;little 5 watter is quite the amp.
