If you intentionally take a shit at work, does that legitimately make you a professional shiter?

I believe that you would have to do it better than anyone else and be recognized as a master in that skill. There would likely need to be competitions and a review or judge panel. Just because you can do something doesn't make it admirable or unique. I suggest you start by writing to body that is recognized for their work in this field and ask that they draw up guidelines by which you can practice and improve your routine.

Years ago I started a mfg business that was growing. I rented a 10,000 sq ft space in a building with a bigger mfg business next door. They had about 35 employees. There was one men's washroom that we shared. Every time I went into it, there was always at least one employee taking crap on one of the 3 or 4 toilets. I started to do the math, and realized there was a ratio of crap to employees. Meaning at some point, as an employer, you will collectively pay someone to shit all day. If you grow bigger, you will pay two people to shit all day and so on. Not only do you pay someone to shit all day, but you also pay their benefits, holiday pay, and even Christmas bonus.

Is it in the job description, collective agreement, or workplace policy? Was it in the job posting? Do you have shit for brains or are you just faking it? Does your shit stink? Do you give a shit or are you selling it by the pound?

Are taking a shit and giving a shit different things?

and I guess , if ya flush , you're a shit disturber .

as for deadwood, a lateral transfer to another dept full of dead wood with a dead end project, "new company logo and mission statement" .
then that dept is made redundant as the project rolls to a close and the whole lot is let go with severance.
HR can't do a thing .
