Yeah, I heard about it ina thread here yesterday, too late to make or change plans. I grumped that an advance notice here would have maybe been good for some additional attendees - myself and my son, almost for sure. You know what he did instead, as I found out after the fact? Sold a couple guitars and a couple amps to L&M, didn’t find what he was looking for, of which i see prospects in the pics. He did this today. Think he might have done better at the show? Me too.

I don’t know where it was advertise, but it didn’t catch me.

 

Who had all the pedals? (Just noticed in the pictures it is Van Fehr) Anyone notice a Dr. Z M12 for sale?

Great pics! I wish I had had a chance to walk even one of the two rooms. I was locked behind my own display. I got the overall vibe attendees have less "fun money" right now, being very discriminatory with purchases. Traffic seemed down a bit too. I find it odd I was the only mention of here on GC before the event though I did mention it several times leading up in my long running shop thread.

Due to the recent US tariffs and international.duty protocols and now a postal strike I was hoping for a rescue attempt on my 2025 bringing the biggest variety of craft, and largest investment I've made in such an event. Ironically, it turned out to be my least successful show ever.

Still so glad to get out and meet so many warrior clan-members, and I did get plenty of appreciative, encouraging comments. I've been rather ill for the past month, losing significant weight but just powered through... but it just wasn't to be.

Was a rather soul-crushing drive home. Perhaps Calgary next week may be a little better.

 

Today was the 2025 Guitar Show in Edmonton.
This show continues to grow each year, which is great to see. Calgary’s snow is next week.
