Here's something you don't see often, a 00-28C from the Brazilian rosewood years! And not just any Brazilian rosewood but one of the most spectacular book matched back and side set you will ever find on any guitar ever made. Just stunning! Pictures don't do enough justice.
There were just a couple hundred of these made in 68 and I've yet to see a nicer example.
Neck angle is excellent. Action is at just a hair over 4/32 bass and 3/32 treble with plenty of saddle showing if you want it lower. It has had a couple of cracks well repaired and cleated. The bridge had a slight lift at the back which I was able to glue without having to remove the entire bridge.
These are not what traditional classical players would generally go for due to the shorter scale length- 25 1/4- but they are still wonderful sounding guitars for any style of play.
It has moderate wear with a few minor marks and dings but in generally great shape.
$5500. Reasonable offers welcome. Shipping to be determined.
It is also listed on Reverb. I only mention this because there are a lot more pictures on that listing.
