These are ‘63-64 era Patent Sticker pickups with the orange (not purple) bobbin wire. Circle in square bobbins, L tooling marks, Phillips base plate screws, etc… Sonically indistinguishable from PAFs. Both pickups have between 11” and 12” of lead wire, are completely original and untouched aside from missing their original covers. I removed the original chrome covers and was the first person to do so.
One pickup measures a very strong 8.33k and the other a perfectly balanced 7.65k. This is your ideal bridge/neck position combo. I will include a set of aged nickel covers of unknown origin to protect the pickups during shipment, but these covers aren’t the most accurate. I used ReWind covers with these pickups for a super accurate PAF look.
