I noticed that, but the filmswelike Facebook page had a new post about it so I thought, what the heck, share it.

Nash The Slash played a lot of university and college campus gigs back in the day. Luckily, I had friends at several southern Ontario unis where I could crash, party, and go to shows. Met him at one. Hands down the loudest fucking shows I'd ever been to.

I saw FM live and loved their Black Noise album. I used to cover Phasors on Stun on the mandolin.

I was lucky enough to do a session at Nimbus 9 with Nash's "replacement" in FM, a Mr. Ben Mink.

Ben is an amazing multi-instrumentalist. He played violin on the session. Super nice guy as I recall. Also on that session was Bob Lucier on steel and Bill King (Janis Joplin's music director and keyboardist).

I'll check out the film when I can.
