Can’t message in Classifieds, not sure why?

Need some help troubleshooting, I’m interested in a Strat plus in the classifieds, but can’t message/reply or indicate my interest.
Apparently my profile is restricted?

can anyone see why?

The @ workaround seems to work doesn't it?
Also, most of the people commenting (with a couple exceptions) on here don't actually buy and sell, they mainly mainly deter others from wanting to.

Does a mod need to grant access once the 25 posts and 5 days have lapsed? It does not seem to be automatic.
