I recently sold an amp to a guy in the US who had worked for a boutique guitar store for many years. They actually used to deal directly with Alexander Dumble and set up people like John Mayer with him to buy his amps. The guy spoke to Dumble many times and played several of his amps.

I asked him which pedal does he like best for Dumble tones and he immediately said Rocket Dude hands down. He feels it really gets the nuances of the amps. So I got one and it's petty great. Definitely sounds Dumble to me.
