There are quite a few clones, but quite a few original designs too. Some are solid-state recreations of the preamp section.

I've been through quite a number of Dumble style pedals. I did a bit of a write up on another thread.

J Rockett The Dude is a great all-rounder for the money. I don't think you can go wrong with it.
