1967-68 Bassmaster for sale. This amp has been fully serviced by one of Quebec’s best amp techs, “Dominic Lampron” (to put this in perspective, he worked on the amps for the latest Heart and Cheap Trick show in Montreal!). Cap job, three prong plug, and everything checked out. The amp is also loaded with brand new EH 6CA7 power tubes. The grille cloth is Traynor reproduction (bought from Long and McQuade years ago when they sold it); the original grille was in very poor condition and falling apart.
Dominic also did some amazing mods without going to extremes; he mostly changed values of a few parts here and there. One very cool feature is a negative feedback switch on the back that takes you from different Marshall specs. The amp sounds amazing and will absolutely scream; I would put it up against any vintage Marshall out there. I am only selling because I don't play a lot of straight up rock anymore. Warning: every time I go to sell this amp I play it, am floored by the sound, and pull my FS ad. I cannot promise I won't pull this ad! lol
