During holydays break I was juggling with the idea of selling my YBA-1 and putting the money into a bigger purshase.

The YBA-1 sounded really good but I wanted something different (you know how it is...) and I can't justify having many amps at home so it has to go.

Sadly, life is a b*tch and we now have to get a new drain around the house. Here's go my gear money!

So I've deceided to keep the YBA-1 but give it a little make over. I contacted Millimetric Instruments and asked them for a new headshell. They gave gave me a quote I can't refuse and the Traynor will get pimped for the next 40 years!

Nice bud! I was a bit.....worried about the tolex top/bottom.
Fears averted.
That is solid.

So, where exactly is it? You have it or does the builder?

I encourage everyone to take a look at at Millimetric Instruments gallery of pics of guitar builds (see below)... very refreshing, creative, artistic, simplistic (in a good way) and very impressive attention to detail.

AMAZING art and craftsmanship. IMHO

His bass and baritone models are nice since you can play them righty of lefty without modifications!
