My main gig is in the Information Technology field and as a result I have allot of computer gear around the house. We have six desktop computers and three laptops in our home. One laptop is designated as the 'bathroom' laptop. Anyone else out there have a bathroom computer, or should I be seeking professional help?

My bathtub isn't big enough for surfing. Also, computers operate on 1 and 0. My bathroom operates on 1 and 2.

It actually sits on a table outside the bathroom (where it charges between use) and I grab it on my way in. It gets used in other rooms as well, buy I always go looking for it when I have to go.

I was considering adding a little drop down table for it, but my wife won't have it.

Call me crazy, but I'd rather get the job done quickly and get out and use the computer in a much more civilized smelling environment.

Nice one Hamm. I'm in IT too and I can honestly say I've never thought about taking a computer into the bathroom. I rarely touch them outside of work anymore other than to surf the web.

wow... rich people.. making a computer in the bathroom>?? wouldn't it need to be waterproof so it dosent break down when ur taking a bath?

why would u want to have a computer in the bathroom anyways? unless ull be spending a few hours in the bathroom
