Gold Tone tenor banjo, Godin Freeway bass, Beneteau flattop, S&P folk. Mondays are mostly recreational for me since I dropped to working only 3 or 4 days a week, so I try to do at least a little recording or writing.

I am in a contrasting guitar tones mood these days : Today, Gibson L-OO TV and Collings OM1, playing diverse reknowned pieces I keep in a four inches folder. Yeah ! :)

Same as yesterday but playing slowly to pay attention to my left hand fingering while playing two very nice pieces, say Blue Skies and The Butterfly. ;)

My failure at fur elise kind of took the wind out of my sails for a couple days. Played with a half dozen other songs sure I can play but didn't strike my fancy. Today started working on Jesu joy of mens desiring, which I'm certain I can master. (on bar 4). Also came across a lesson for Cannon in D. Pretty! Next on the list after Jesu for sure!
Dusted off my gretch boxcar to start on a couple Bukka White songs that've been on my mind. (fixin' to die and parchman's farm)

Still haven't mustered the courage to attempt Andy Gunn.

Crossed the hill on Jesu with the cordoba, on about bar 9 now, making good progress. Put the lam mahog tanglewood into tune for the rain song. With all the stretchy stuff have been doing think I can Finally do a clean attempt at it.
Cleaning up even in the quietest moments on my martin, plan being get it down clean, then start on the 12 string. Figure if I can pick that clean enough on the 12 string perhaps (perhaps) I can make an attempt at that Andy Gunn song.
So much fun!

My officially highest grade guitars day, namely Collings OM1 and Huss & Dalton Crossroads, playing some Allan Alexander arrangements of Celtic tunes paying attention to the pressure exerted by my fretting fingers. ;)
