I loved the pickups in the Starcaster, they were either the same or very close to the ones in my Tele Deluxe from the early '70s. Humbuckers with the staggered/offset polepieces.

Only played a couple of them and loved them.

I did some research and I can't figure out if they are arched or not?

Any ideas?

Yes they are. To my recollection at least.
I haven't had one of these in my hands for .....decades I guess. But do remember really liking them. A sleeper for sure.
