So is this what Wynne and Trudeau want us to do here? That's certainly making the most out of public transit and leaving a smaller carbon footprint.
Seatbelt requirements might be a problem though and if you let the UP guys run it it'll still cost $40 bucks a person to ride

Joke if you like, but something needed to be done about the carbon footprint 20 years ago. it is now to late, but the urgency remains for our children and grandchildren's sake. But mankind's contribution to it, and ability to ameliorate it, are debatable. There are many factors at play when it comes to climate and simplistic 'solutions' from governments are not going to accomplish anything.
And is it global warming or climate change? It is so hard to keep track these days. If it is global warming, you might want to check tempt statistics which show a distinct lack of warming.
