I used to have a Mann LP like that with the same style case (minus the bumper trim).
Congrats!
As to the ratfur interior, go to your local fabricland for replacement material.
Peel the old crap out carefully to use as a template.
Glue in the new stuff using 3M spray glue.

I had a Pann LP with the same case back in the 70s. Put a set of Gibson mini HBs on it which was a bit better but could never get the intonation right on it.

That guitar looks very similar to a very early El Degas LP that was in my collection. I played it for years. Mine was pretty mint and original, except for one pickup. I still had the original pickup.

I think that I got pretty close to $400, shipped for mine. I also got a totally unexpected, very nice bottle of vodka shipped to me as a thank you. I sold to a collector of vintage Japanese guitars.

My early ‘80’s Hohner LP had the same case in really good condition.

I thought that these kind of guitars played well, and were quite awesome with vintage fuzz pedals through a tube amp.

I would have kept them, but I had to thin down.
