I picked a strat recently and these were in it. Didn’t really like them, they actually sounded really good. Just couldn’t have the action low due to the strings hitting the bridge pickup. I know I could mess around with springs and screw lengths to get it right but I already had a set of pickups loaded and ready to go. I like to sell these but not sure what they are. Any info will help.

I'm no expert, but fender has been known to use single coils with lipstick covers as well

Well the only info I can find is lipstick tubes. Maybe I’ll open one up and see what’s inside.

Third hit on Google says pickup made by a Artec for a Fender Strat.

Ok I found it. So yeah pretty much Dollar store pickups, I’ll keep the pots and wiring at least.
