I have an older in rough shape 1977 Fender Twin Reverb amp, I prefer replacing the cab instead of re-Tolex or cabinet repairs.

I know you asked for used cabinets but I suspect those might be pretty rare.
When you get tired of looking for a used cab you can always get a MojoTone cab.

I have to agree with BMW-KTM, I'd go for a replacement cab. As a bonus, you would reduce the weight a bit if you went with a pine cab. Derrick Bell cabs are really nice as an alternative.
