Yeah, I'm happy as I am although parking spaces around here are getting close to 1.2 mil ... lol

I live in a 1200 sq. ft. bungalow with no basement. It's a nice house and all I need. Those ones I posted from the CBC N.B. site are very nice but I don't think I would be as happy there. I know my wife would not want to clean them and I have enough grass to cut now!

I don't want anything other than my current 140o sq foot Bungalow unless it's a cottage on a lake. I don't want anything bigger to maintain, heat, renovate or furnish.

What value...its not even on the river! The neighbors moved in behind them. That's what I call stupid money
