Not mine, I just found the pic online. I used to play one of these in the 70’s when I was just learning. The guitar was made for Ampeg in the 60’s by Burns or Baldwin or something. It had the great “Wild Dog” setting on the pickup selector switch.

The blue checked tolex was used on all their amps at the time.

Ampeg Burns, commonly known as WILD DOG, was produced in only the first two years of 1963-65. Made in 1964. The fret is also narrow and flat, and it has a slightly bizarre neck feel. Wild Dog with the personality of MID60s.

One style, yes.
The one above looks similar to a Fender case I have--not exact but similar--it could very well be the same case maker, or someone doing something similar.

I still have the original case for my 1971 Gibson Flying V, I used Gorilla glue and duck tape to keep it together .
