Hey everyone,

Great place you have here. Bought my first guitar just over a year ago and have spent a total of maybe 3 hours total trying to learn how to play, yea I know!!! LOL

Time to get off my butt and learn!!!

You're way ahead of me Duck. I bought mine, played it a bit, then put it down for about 9 years.

Lot's of fun now though.

Keep it close to where you are and you'll always reach for it.

Welcome and good luck Duck. Remember a guitar is like a faithfull old dog, just set her on your lap and give her a few friendly strokes every day and she'll be there for you always. And bonus...no cleaning up behind her.:food-smiley-004:

I have been spending about an hour a night for the last week or so trying to get a comfortable hand positioning.
Also going to look into maybe taking lessons.
