If any of you guys own one of these amps as I do you probably know that the crunch channels sounds a little dark for most people tastes. I've heard one person describle it sounding like having a wet towel in front of the speakers. Don't get me wrong it's a great little amp just the voicing on the crunch channel that I have a problem with.
A quick and easy mode to add some mids and highs and a little more gain to the crunch channel is to install a .47uf cap across the R109 resistor. I did this to my TSL602 and it worked like a charm. More highs and clarity to the crunch channel and definitely more gain. It does effect the tone of the lead channel as both the crunch and Lead share the same tone stack so it requires some eq tweaking to get e a balance.

I do have the schematics for this amp if anyone is interested.
