Song doesn't start until a couple minutes in. Fairly interesting thematic video, tho it does mess with the flow of the song.

Wierd name, after a provincial government theme/program. And they're from Toronto. When I hear it on the radio, it gets cranked. Don't even know if this got airplay anywhere else, but it was fairly popular here.
