The fact that it is zip cord suggests it is not from an effect pedal. It is likely not from a Psychedelic Machine, but rather from some other amp made under the Shin-Ei label. The Psychedelic Machine Amp had a Fuzz and Mood function and accompanying footswitch. This amp seems the more likely candidate. Which comes as a surprise to me. I didn't even know they made amps.
