Hey folks i've inherited a FT-37 dual tremolo/reverb footswitch by Shin-ei from my Dad but can't find any info for it on the net any ideas or info would be appreciated thanks.

Just a wild guess: A footswitch likely for the Psychedelic Machine amp by Shin-Ei.

The fact that it is zip cord suggests it is not from an effect pedal. It is likely not from a Psychedelic Machine, but rather from some other amp made under the Shin-Ei label. The Psychedelic Machine Amp had a Fuzz and Mood function and accompanying footswitch. This amp seems the more likely candidate. Which comes as a surprise to me. I didn't even know they made amps.
