As far as I know, Andres Segovia played Ramirez and Hauser guitars.
If there is a "Segovia Signature" guitar called FC71 I have never heard of it and I do not know which company made it or when.
Perhaps you are referring to a Ramirez model 71FC where FC would mean Flamenco Cutaway.
That would be consistent with their model naming convention but I do not know of a 71FC.
