Maybe ask the programmers to enable email notification for that?

If that’s not a quick enough response time for you maybe take it up with VS and request them pay a staff member to maintain the site at all times. If you think that I’m gonna set up email alerts for every report you are dead wrong.

For those of us who can't always quickly recall the names of the mods, I wish this was posted in a more obvious and predominant place.
@davetcan was easy for remember in the past as we had met several times.

It'd be nice to know who these mods/admins are too.
