No general manager will agree to pay that guy 3.5 million a year. Montreal has put Samsonov on the waivers but I doubt any team wants that overpriced player. We all thought this player would bring some offense but obviously, he kinda failed on that one.

There are lots of high quality players sitting at home right now because theyre deemed too expensive. There's also alot of players in their 40s still playing because they can be had cheap. The NHLPA has really screwed things up. The only players theyre looking after are the upper echelon players. Im just glad the league is starting to look at ways to fix things about the game. They still need to get rid of the NHLPA though.............
