The 335 in question. The Novo is in my avatar.
I agree with this. If you have the means and you’re not sacrificing food or shelter, go for it. You only live once, why deny yourself. If you have the financial means to have both and then decide, that to me is the answer. If you dont, the 335 is the one getting your attention and that shouldnt be easily dismissed.
I have learned from much spending that contentment cannot be purchased. My only hesitation is in the wisdom of being content
Its in my avatar…but check here:We need pics of the novo, not that my answer will change, you need both
I sold it to make $5-700…it was early in COVID and I was flipping guitars like crazy. I can buy it back for what I sold it for and the same rough value of the Novo.If you have the financial means to have both and then decide, that to me is the answer. If you can get it for “early COVID” money, jump on it. It’s likely a stupid-good price in today’s market. An ES-335 is usually a dependable guitar market-wise and that one is an exceptional example. Even if you don’t plan on keeping it, you can make some good money if and when you decide to move it along.I sold it to make $5-700…it was early in COVID and I was flipping guitars like crazy. No, no you don't. Only a 335 fills the void of not having a 335.I have a guitar that fills this void
I think most of the wisdom has already been spoken in that thread. My only hesitation is in the wisdom of being content.
