Hi guys.
I'm entertaining the idea of putting another replacement 15 inch speaker in my old 1964 fender pro amp. It would have come with a Jensen c15N, I think or a 15" CTS.
It has an Eminence legend in there now, which is pretty efficient and LOUD.
I've heard good things about RSC and they can be affordably priced and found locally.
Any opinions on this option?
Thanks.

A good RSC is basically a Jensen (literally; they were the Canadian distributor for Jensen, building speakers from genuine Jensen parts under license). A bad RSC is essentially a later era low end Marsland (which suck, and I say this as a Marsland fan).

Yeah, thanks man - that's what I've heard. Anyone know what one of the good ones (Jensen Licensed) looks like? Any ID numbers to look for on the frame or cone?

Yes. EMC1500 on the frame. I have one in my Vibroverb. You might find pictures of it in my posts.

Here's a pic from one of Frency99's posts on this forum.

Is this what I should be looking for?
