Sad to hear this. He came from a different era of comedy and was playing Las Vegas when it wasn't the "family friendly" place it is these days. I always used to enjoy his appearances on Johnnys show and Daves show. R.I.P. Mr. Rickles.

I remember him for all those roast appearances. His acerbic humour worked well with that environment. And if you listened to much of him, you know many of his jokes would be frowned upon in this oh so PC world of ours now. I'm glad he was able to do what he did when he did it - it was always just in fun.
