The pickup magnets may need to be recharged to reverse polarity, and the metal cover disconnected from the pickup ground lead and instead wired with a separate ground wire so the hookup wires can be reversed.
Failing that the pickup may be out of phase and the cover wired to hot.
Edited to add... Sorry, these are Strat pickups in a Tele so no metal cover and no need to wire separate ground. Reverse magnetic polarity and reverse the leads.
