My thumb took me a lot of places in the early 70's, best one was when a buddy and I left Toronto hitched to Boston then from there we went to PEI then back to Toronto. It took us 4 & 1/2 weeks with spending 3 days in Boston, and a week on PEI. It was a very educational trip...

Yea it's not like it use to be, picking up hikers can be risky. I only pick them up if I know who they are. Got to be careful picking up female hikers, it's there word against yours.....
