Picked up an Eastwood GP from Scott at Axe and You Shall Receive (thanks again, Scott).
First impressions are all good. The DiMarzio lookalikes sound great, finish is nice all around and I'm really liking the contoured heel (second pic below) - makes accessing the upper frets really easy.

Geez that's a nice looking axe your dogs got there.... oh yea and yours looks pretty nice also, congrats on the new guitar, it's such a nice feeling... :food-smiley-004:

When is see a well price humbucker solid body like that, which has generally received good reviews, I can feel the gas slowly building up. It's just I have this thing about open coil pups in this type of axe. I don't care for the looks. I like nickel covered pups. Can't help it. I know the gold top has them, but I would love to a black one with covered pups.

Then again, I've musing over this Tokai,.....
