I have a question concerning 6L6 tubes.
6L6....19W
6L6G...19W
6L6GA..19W
6L6GB..19W
6L6GC..30W
If I go with a 30 6L6GC watt as opposed to a 19w 6L6G what difference does this make. Does it give me more headroom? Obviously I realize it doesn't increase the power of an amp.
I have a 35 watt amp that I want to have maximum clean headroom, not early breakup. So is a 6L6GC going to provide that over a 6L6G or is there more to it.

You won't gain any more headroom or power. The spec you're quoting is the maximum dissipation or how much DC power it can take before you risk destruction.
What you will gain by using the 30 watt GC is longevity. What you may also be able to do is bias them hotter. This will reduce distortion, but may pull the power supply lower and result in a minor decrease in power but with smoother sound.
