Question about the power on a Boss TU-2

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new power supply for my pedal board. I got eight 9 volts plugs, all 100 mA except for one that is 500 mA.

I just bought a BOSS TU-2 and this pedal is 200 mA, so here's my question: Can I plug this pedal on the 100 mA plug or I have to go on the 500 mA?

I'm wondering because I'll thinking about buying a holy grail reverb that is running on the 500 mA.

Thank you very much!

Antoine.

I have a power supply that is similar and I just ran a daisy chain off of it to power an extra pedal. Just make sure they come in under the rating.
Ok, so it's better to use an external plug just for this pedal?
The current draw of the TU-2 according to the Boss site is 55mA. The manual says that when using the DC 9V Out jack to power other pedals from the TU-2 to make sure that the total current consumption of the TU-2 and other effects being supplied does not exceed 200mA. It should be fine to power the TU-2 from one of the 100mA outlets if you're not using the TU-2 to supply power to other pedals.
Ok thanks! Very useful answer!
