Please make sure you thoroughly understand the safety aspects of working with high voltages before you start. Being flung across the room with a stopped heart is no fun! (I'm being a little facetious there, but the innards of a tube amp can kill you.)

Cool! It can be very rewarding to build your own amp.

Spend time up front making sure your schematic is correct and that your circuit board layout is 100% before you order any parts or start actually building anything. Getting those two perfect before you dive in will make for a much easier project.

If you want info on where to source parts let me know. I can turn you on to the Canadian suppliers I use.

Good luck!
