Anyone know where I can buy RG-style pickguards in Canada? Or does anyone on here make 'em? I'd like the get one with the same shape, but 2 humbuckers (no single in the middle) and maybe a mirror finish, that would be perfect but I'll settle for some other finish if I have to... all I can find are standard Fender Strat style pickguards :frown:

Thanks guys!

if you buy from the US, just make sure they ship by USPS.

alright good luck with your find.... and id love to see a pic when its all together it the rg350 right? i was thinking about buying one any they are good? havent played one but i think they look wicked
Yup, got the black one... looks great with the chrome-looking pickguard but I somehow scratched it, probably when I was swapping pickups. I've ordered a Dimarzio X2N and Air Norton which will be the last combo I use, but it sounds great the Super Distortion in the bridge as well.

The only thing that isn't too good is the tremolo... Edge III. You can get a Tremsetter installed which will solve all the tuning issues though... now that I remembered that I'm going to order one of those too, lol.

Other than the tuning issue (don't get me wrong, it's not terrible but it could be much better) it's a great axe out-of-the-box. Action can go super low and you can still raise the pitch (had it like that when I was in standard), jumbo frets makin' bends are vibrato easy as hell, wizard II neck is nice and thin but not super thin... just right. Neck is unfinished maple so your hand can just glide on the back without a problem... stock pickups are pretty decent, but I needed more output from the bridge.

Best axe I've ever tried for the price. I think Steve's gave it to me for $410 then I bought the hardshell case as well. I might get the white one sometime too... swap the white pearloid pickguard for a black pearloid one, swap the pickups, throw in a Tremsetter. Maybe next month, lol.

Will definetly post a pic when I'm done with all the mods!

Let me know how it goes once you install it... I've heard great things about it so far. If it works out, will you be offerin' them on future Hamm models? That would be pretty sweet...

On a side note, Terrapin Guitars quoted me $40 USD for the mirror pickguard and $7.20 for shipping. An extra $20 if I send a tracing instead of the original pickguard, but I'll send the original. Pretty decent price, even after duties and taxes it'll be worth it IMO. Thanks again for the link dude.

Now I just need the cash, lol spent all my money on pickups za' RG and a PODxt Live for a gift.
