Any Canadian vendors who make custom pickguards? I've seen some of the US sites, but the exchange rate and shipping make it less than desirable.

East coast I think. I ordered a custom guard for an esquire a couple of years ago and it was good. It took about a month at that time, so might be good to contact about lead time if you are in a hurry.

warmoth is fairly priced and will make anything you ask for. it's not canadian though. every one i ever bought from them was perfect, arrived quickly, and completely hassle free. well worth the extra $2 it may have cost.

I'm set up to make them, I was making them and selling on ebay for a bit.

I just discovered them yesterday actually. They are pretty much right on the NS/NB border.
