Mmmm tasty!! I'll take a pint o the dark stuff to go along with that.

Wish someone would call me up and let me be the caretaker of their vintage lp.

Yeah, its a great vid.
If I'm not mistaken, Mr Hammett is the proud owner of it now

great video by the way...
Ive wired pickups out of phase ( yes...by mistake) and they never sounded as good as they do on that guitar.

I've listened to that video many times, glorious guitar tones coming from that pairing of guitar, amp, and player.

I was actually watching that video a lot prior to getting the Lazy J. They use that amp for a few demos.

It's a cool guitar - lots of history.

Please tell me Kirk Hammett doesn't own this.

Great video and probably the best LP Bridge tone I've heard. (for my tastes)
Agreee on the tone, but rather Kirk than some guy storing it away in a climate controlled storage unit until he is ready to turn it into cash.

Yeah, it's good that Kirk plans on using it - and has used it.

But, I don't understand how that guitar can handle his high gain though. I'm guessing he doesn't use it much for any metallica stuff, unless the freak wiring also happens to prevent the guitar from whistling.

Very true. At least it wasn't Chad Kroeger.

Cool video. Thanks for posting. I've also heard that KH bought the guitar. It's nice that he wants it to stay in the UK and be caretaken by a Brit. Nice story.

I know how you feel, I'd rather have had someone closer to the style own it, or at least a darn good blues player. Maybe JB
No. Not JB. That guitar doesn't need to experience any more shredderiffic wanking.

On the bright side, maybe Hammett's tone finally won't suck?
