I picked up a MIK Parker pm20 a few months ago for $619 CDN, I really like this guitar, the finish, action and playability are exellent at this price point, only the pickups leave me wanting more.

A $3000 Parker Fly with the piezzo bridge and composite neck must be awesome, I am seriously looking at buying one over a Les paul.

Deos anyone here have one? and How do you like it?

What pick-ups were in the MIK ? Mine were DiMarzio/Piezo. US Made though.
they are ducan designed :( they hum near my monitor where my strat with SCN pups don't. On my Classic 30 amp they squeel like hell with a boost pedal, my Bc Rich with SD distortions are quiet and hotter than hell with the same settings.

I'll say this about the MIK pups, they have good tone and are on the hot side.

Dang I wish you still had your Parker so you sell it to me :D it's so wierd looking but so cool at the same time :)

If I was to buy another PM20 I'd get the new pro version with all the top hardware or I'd get the PM10 in Black, solid mahogany with no veneer top and upgrade it. The dam thing plays fantastic, anyone who try's it can't believe the price I paid.

I'll be putting a couple EMG's in it. The 89's I think, coil spliting version.
I bought the guitar for pratice so I wouldn't where out the frets on my strat, but now I'm thinking of getting a beater for pratice or something with SS frets.

I had one for a few years, Sold it, but should have kept it. I really liked it. Mostly it was the tones that you can get out of it. It had a SSH plus the Piezo so you could configure the thing to sound like any guitar you wanted. Mine was a Nitefly. The composite neck and board took a little getting used to. Very fast and hard. You don't have the "soft" wood there to slide on.

I cant believe you sold that:confused: .... I just tried this last night they wanted $1400 at Steve's http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Guitar/Electric?sku=510664

I was floored by the feel of that neck, hands down the best fret work I've ever seen.
