I drove a couple hundred (plus) kilometres to buy this guitar from one dude so that I could ship it off to some other dude.

Over the past few months, I’ve often found myself kicking my own ass for not keeping it for myself.

How dumb was I? It’s a mint ‘65 AVRI Strat in Shoreline Gold with matching headstock and it was $1700.

Funny, I was thinking about that the other day. I had only been around here for a little bit and got to see this story go down. I couldn't really believe it at the time to be honest, such a kind thing to do. It's even nicer now that I know you are an asshole

I don't remember it being that cheap, or that far from you. I do remember most thinking it was a scam from the outset, but by golly, if karma exists, you're in for a treat..... but it probably doesn't and you definitely should have kept it.

As the guy you shipped it to would say c'est la vie~
