The first photo is the PRS SE One - essentially what Jeff said, a Jr. knockoff. Made in Korea, but from what I hear the PRS import models are top notch quality. The second photo is a PRS Singlecut Satin Standard model, made in the US.

If the SE one comes in black I'm sold. Those import PRS are really quite nice. Even better they don't cost a whole lot.
