Loads of fun! Nice daughter.

(Ukulele is experiencing a resurgence in popularity. For many years I didn't have a single uke student and suddenly, starting about 4 years ago, they started calling. I have 6 regular uke students, ranging in age from 8/9 to retirement. Never predicted they'd outnumber bass students.)

Yes, fun is a good word. I seem to be naturally drawn to high register chirpy sounding instruments (mandolins and derivatives).

I just downloaded a chord chart.

If I get the bug, I’ll buy a Godin. I saw a couple of solid bodied Godin Ukes that look pretty slick, nice action, good preamp / pickup.

Oh Fortuante man you are ! ;-)

BTW, is it not tuned G-C-E-A ?
If so, it is like standard guitar tuning with capo at fifth fret of D-G-B-E strings.
CAGED system should then help you find chords.
