All,

There might be some interest in this and I'd be happy to answer any questions. I bought a Wolf KSA-50, essentially a 335 copy, from allinonguitars.com.

Wolf guitars are made by KHL in South Korea. It came out to about $600 CND with conversion, taxes and duties. The vendor, All in One Guitars, did a super job setting up the guitar. At purchase they wanted me to desc my playing style and setup preferences. Shipping took 20 days (1 week at customs) via USPS.

Based on first impression, it's on par with an Epiphone Sheraton. I have a 335 Pro and the fit and finish is equal to but has more "extras", ie. binding, quilted maple veneer (That is quite lovely), and some abalone fret markers and logo.

I haven't had the chance to play her through a proper amp but plugged into my Pathfinder 10, I find the Wolf OEM pickups to be very similar to the Epiphone Classic Pros. Not bad but maybe worthy of an upgrade at a later date.

Overall, for the price, I'm very happy with this acquisition.

a beautiful guitar, yes.

is it my imagination or does it seem freakishly large for a 335?

I don't know about "freakishly" but it does seam large.
