Found this little parlour on Kijiji. It was about 3 hours away from me, so I called a buddy who lived in the area. Long story short the guitar owner worked four doors down from my buddy. So it took about a month and a half for me to get the guitar from my friend but I am very pleased. Not a mark on it.
The sound takes a bit of getting used to. It is very subdued. Perfect for my parlour!

Congratulations, every time I try them (Godin brand parlours) I can't get over how comfortable they are to play.

Nice little guitar there. I've been thinking along the same lines but everytime I go to the music store, I grab the dreadnoughts. I've got to make a mental not to grab some parlours next time.

Cool--I prefer smaller acoustics--including parlours--but also larger ones int he smaller rnage.

Enjoy!
